Do I have to have an attorney?
No. There are forms that you may obtain from the Clerk of Court, library or websites that you may use for your own representation.

How much do you charge?
It depends on the complexity of the case. The simpler the case, the less the fee. My minimum fee for an uncontested divorce, no children, no property, is $500.00 plus the cost for filing and service.

Do you have flat rates?
Yes. A standard, simple Will is $175.00 for a single person and $250.00 for a couple when the Wills are reciprocal. My fee for most deeds is $125.00 plus recording costs.

From Gainesville, take Archer Road (State Road 24) to the town of Archer. At the traffic light in Archer, turn left onto Highway 27-41. Go one-half mile and turn right on SW 134th Avenue and our office will be on the right.
