Do I have to have an attorney?
No. There are forms that you may obtain from the Clerk of Court, library or websites that you may use for your own representation.

How much do you charge?
It depends on the complexity of the case. The simpler the case, the less the fee. My minimum fee for an uncontested divorce, no children, no property, is $500.00 plus the cost for filing and service.

Do you have flat rates?
Yes. A standard, simple Will is $175.00 for a single person and $250.00 for a couple when the Wills are reciprocal. My fee for most deeds is $125.00 plus recording costs.

Do you have free consultations?
I have free phone consultations on the phone only. Generally, these last about 5-10 minutes. The caller then decides if he or she wants an office conference. My fee for an office conference is based on my hourly rate of $240.00 and is a minimum of $60.00 for 15 minutes.
